On August 21-25, 2024, Sany Perkasa dispatched 29 Sales Representatives from Indonesia to attend training activities in Shanghai, China. This training aims to improve the ability and understanding of the Sales in marketing SANY products, as well as strengthening their skills in competing in the global market. The event was attended by Yan Sui as President Director of PT Sany Perkasa, Hery Yudianto as CMO of PT Sany Perkasa, and Rissen Arditya as BusDev & DigMar Manager of PT Sany Perkasa.
Kunshan Factory Visit
During the five-day training in China, the Sales Representative participants received a comprehensive range of materials. The training activities began on August 22, 2024, with a visit to the Kunshan factory, where the sales representatives were able to see first-hand the production process and the high-quality SANY products produced. This experience provided a deeper insight into the high technology of each SANY product.
Sales Training
In addition, the Salesmen also attended training sessions on Sany Culture Training and Sany Global Strategy Training. This is important so that the Sales Representatives not only understand the products, but also the SANY cultural values and vision that they must convey to customers.
Other materials provided include Product Selling Points and Competitive Analysis (L&M Excavator, Small Excavator & Drilling Machines), Points and Competitive Analysis (Loader & Electrification). The training aims to equip the sales with in-depth knowledge of product advantages, so that they can explain and promote SANY products more effectively.

In addition to theory, the Salesmen engaged in discussions to share ideas and strategies in sales. This activity ended with Awards for the best team, as a form of appreciation and recognition for their efforts and creativity during the training.

Hozhou Factory Visit
Not only focusing on training, participants were also invited to explore the beauty of Shanghai. A visit to the Huzhou factory and a city tour of Shanghai provided an opportunity for the Sales Representatives to learn more about the global culture and environment.
With this training, Sany Perkasa hopes that Sales Representatives can bring home useful knowledge and experience, so that they can be more effective in reaching the market and increasing sales of SANY products in Indonesia.
