SANY Records Over RMB 2 Billion in Transactions During Mining Indonesia 2025

Jakarta, Equipment Indonesia – SANY Group achieved outstanding results at the Mining Indonesia 2025 exhibition held at Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, Jakarta, from September 17–20. Showcasing a range of its latest large-scale mining equipment and advanced manufacturing technologies, the company presented an integrated portfolio of high-capacity and electric-powered solutions, reaffirming its commitment to operational reliability, safety, and long-term sustainability across mining operations.

During the exhibition, SANY introduced a series of new equipment highlighting advancements in clean energy. The company unveiled a new lineup of advanced mining machinery designed to meet diverse operational conditions in Indonesia while aligning with decarbonization priorities. Engineered to support the entire mining cycle—from excavation to hauling and supporting infrastructure—this portfolio reflects SANY’s continued leadership in delivering reliable, high-performance equipment.

Key products for open-pit mining applications included the SY750 and SY1250H excavators, as well as the SKT130S mining truck. These units combine high-powered engines with designs focused on fuel efficiency and reduced environmental impact. SANY also launched a full range of electric-powered models—including haul trucks, tractors, and wheel loaders—offering zero-emission options to support Indonesia’s mining sector in modernization and decarbonization efforts. These offerings further demonstrate SANY’s growing expertise in clean energy mining solutions.

During the event, SANY strengthened its market presence by securing new transactions valued at over RMB 2 billion with several leading mining operators in Indonesia, marking its strongest performance at the exhibition.

Since entering the Indonesian market in 2008, SANY has delivered more than 43,000 units of heavy equipment, including 26,000 excavators that remain in active operation. This track record is supported by a workforce largely recruited locally. SANY’s sustainable growth strategy includes expanding local production capacity and service capabilities.

To reinforce its presence in Indonesia, SANY has established a manufacturing facility in Karawang, West Java, serving as a model for the implementation of digital and automated production systems globally. The facility is recognized as an overseas heavy equipment plant applying China’s smart manufacturing standards.

“SANY provides the reliable performance and service our operations require, from equipment durability to responsive after-sales support,” said a procurement director from a major Indonesian mining company during the contract signing.

Looking ahead, SANY Group will continue to support infrastructure development and sustainable mining initiatives in Indonesia. By expanding its product portfolio and regional service network, the company aims to deliver greater value and long-term reliability through its manufacturing expertise and technology.
