Cisarua, West Bandung – January 24, 2026 – Following the landslide and flash flood that struck Pasirlangu Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency, SANY deployed four excavators as part of the company’s commitment to supporting disaster response efforts and accelerating recovery in the affected area.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, two excavators—SY215C and SY245H—were dispatched to the disaster site to assist with evacuation operations, victim recovery, and the removal of landslide debris that had blocked residential areas and access roads. Two additional excavators were placed on standby to provide further operational support as conditions on the ground evolved.
In carrying out this initiative, SANY collaborated with Indonesia’s National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and other relevant government ministries and agencies. The deployment of the heavy equipment is expected to accelerate disaster response efforts despite the challenging terrain and the large volume of landslide debris, enabling evacuation and recovery operations to proceed more efficiently.
The deployment reflects SANY’s commitment not only to delivering reliable heavy equipment solutions but also to making a meaningful contribution to communities in times of need. By leveraging its resources and advanced equipment, SANY continues to support initiatives that create a positive impact on society and the environment.
SANY extends its deepest sympathy to everyone affected by the disaster in West Bandung. The company remains committed to supporting humanitarian efforts, working alongside government agencies and partners to accelerate recovery and help affected communities rebuild and recover.
