Grand Opening of PT Sany Perkasa Banjarmasin Office Showcases Best Products
Coal mining in South Kalimantan operates on a large scale, therefore it requires heavy equipment that meets those demands. Sany strives to fulfill these needs by providing high-capacity heavy equipment. Hery Yudianto, Vice President Director of PT Sany Perkasa, stated that South Kalimantan is a major coal-producing region that must be supported by large-scale mining equipment.
“For that reason, we are introducing large mining units with capacities of 50, 75, and 125 tons,” he said during the Grand Opening of the PT Sany Perkasa Banjarmasin Office on Jl. Ahmad Yani Km 22, Landasan Ulin, Banjarbaru, Thursday (January 15, 2026).
He emphasized that Sany is the first product from China that successfully broke into the market. “We have many products with high productivity, supported by strong after-sales service,” Hery explained. Sany has been present in Banjarmasin since 2021. Over the past six years, the business has been developed and has grown positively. “In 2025, Sany achieved the highest sales for five consecutive times, reaching up to 5,000 units,” he added.
With the operation of this new office, Sany reaffirmed its commitment to providing faster services and complete facilities for the mining and plantation industries. Zhang Song, President Director of Sany Asia Pacific, explained that this was his first visit to Banjarmasin and he felt happy and proud to see the large number and variety of Sany units.
“This is all thanks to hard work. We are grateful for the appreciation toward Sany products,” he said. He added that opening branch offices is important to support Sany’s development, not only for sales but also for after-sales service that provides fast and accurate support.
“Our commitment is to make Banjarmasin the Sany service center in Kalimantan. Success and customer satisfaction are our targets,” he emphasized. Yan Sui, President Director of PT Sany Perkasa, also expressed his gratitude to customers who continue to support and trust Sany.
