SANY, as the platinum sponsor of this year’s event, concluded its exhibition in Construction Indonesia 2024 on 14 September at the Jakarta International Expo, achieving significant success with an on-site signing up of 720 million yuan (102 million USD) and intended orders reaching 854 million yuan (120 million USD) in the four-day event.
The 24th Construction Indonesia 2024, held from the 11th to 14th September 2024 at Jakarta International Expo, Indonesia, gathered over 1,200 exhibitors in the industry this year. As the largest construction machinery exhibition in Southeastern Asia, the annual gala this year focuses on industrial sustainability with the theme of “Delivering Sustainability, Now and into the Future”.
Echoed with the theme, SANY showcased its commitment to sustainability under the slogan “SANY Quality, Future Electrified”. The company presented a range of sustainable mining solutions with 20 outstanding machines and one charging pile, covering excavators, concrete machinery, road machinery, mining machinery, etc. During the exhibition, our 2,520 m2 booth attracted approximately 7,500 visitors. A notable highlight was that we secured an order from DING CHANG GROUP for 1,000 units of machines on the second day of the event.
Since we repositioned our strategy to “Globalization, Digitalization, Decarbonization” last year, we have been taking “producing more electric products” as one of our ways to make the industry greener. Therefore, we exhibited the SW956E electric wheel loader, EVJR425CG64-100 electric semi-trailer tractor, SKT130S hybrid off-highway mining truck, and SY1250H large excavator. Among these, the EVJR425CG64-100, launched in 2023, was tailored for the Indonesian market with excellent performance, low energy consumption, and comfortable cab for drivers. Besides, the matched charging pile EVDCY300-2 was also on display.
SY1250H, the popular jumbo in the mining situation, has been the flagship product on the show for two consecutive years. The 120-ton huge guy, with a lifetime reaching 25,000 hours, boasts a maximum digging height of 12.7m, a maximum digging depth of 8m, and a maximum gradeability of 35°. In addition, the SANY crane was another highlight of the show. STC550C5 truck crane, SRC1200T rough-terrain crane, and SCS1000A crawler crane were exhibited, offering customers various hoisting solutions.
Indonesia has been a strategic market for SANY. There, we have our first lighthouse factory outside of China, with the second phase of the industrial park under construction since 2023. In the first half part of 2024, the Indonesian market experienced robust growth, highlighted by several large orders fetched. Moving forward, SANY will continue to adhere to the strategy of “Globalization, Digitalization, Decarbonization”, serving the market with excellent products and services while driving a green and sustainable industry with low-carbon efforts.
